How does your recruitment process work?
Upon completing your application form, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and may invite you to a telephone screening call. Following this, the hiring manager will review the notes made by Talent Acquisition of your call along with your application and may invite you to a formal interview which could be either in-person or held virtually.
Our interview process varies depending on the role so may involve an assessment and/or a second interview, but this will be explained to you as part of the initial telephoning screening call.
Can I apply for more than one job at a time?
You are welcome to apply for more than role one at a time. When the Talent Acquisition team are contacting you, they will make it clear which role they are discussing with you.
Will I receive feedback following my application or interview?
We aim to get back to every application within 48 hours regardless of the outcome, however due to the volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to provide direct feedback.
Should you have an interview with one of our hiring managers, you will be given feedback.
What qualifications or experience do I need to work here?

Is there anything else I should know before applying?
Before applying for a role with us, we would love it if you did some research to familiarise yourself with Wilmington plc, our values, our mission and our industry.
It will also help you to take a close look at the job advert to fully understand the responsibilities of the role as well as the skills & experience needed.
If you’re shortlisted in our initial CV screening exercise, a Talent Acquisition Specialist will arrange a time for a telephone interview and they will ask you questions around your reasons for applying and your suitability for the role. Doing some research beforehand will really help you to respond to the questions in the best way. Understanding the specific skills or qualifications that may be relevant to the position you are applying for will enable you to tailor your application and demonstrate your knowledge and enthusiasm for the company during the recruitment process.
