Rahul Pasumarthy has been appointed as Head of Consultancy for Wilmington Healthcare.

Rahul joins the Wilmington Healthcare consulting team directly from the NHS, where he built and developed a consulting team working with NHS Commissioners and providers over the last 11 years: growing from a team of 3 to a 120 members’ strong and specialising in health and social care – with a focus on developing the team’s analytics and digital consulting offers.

During his NHS tenure, Rahul worked in the Commissioning Support Unit, with NHS England national and regional teams, including working with NHS England during the height of the pandemic as Deputy Director for National Covid PMO; with ICSs across London and the South of England; across primary, secondary & community care, mental health and projects spanning health and social care.
