 Mercia Group's recent Engagement Day proved to be a vibrant and insightful event, showcasing the organisation's unwavering commitment to fostering strong connections among colleagues. The day highlighted the significance of our values demonstrating how Wilmington, as a plc, prioritises the well-being and growth of its employees.

A standout moment came when Wayne Clarke, CEO of the Global Growth Institute, shared his enlightening perspectives on 'Values in Action'. Clarke's insights delved into how values can drive growth and success, aligning perfectly with Wilmington's dedication to nurturing a values-driven culture.

It was great to see the creativity flowing through to the afternoon session, along with the team’s competitive spirit where the completed numerous exciting activities to crack the code to release their Managing Director, Victoria Kelly, from her captives.
