We have our own in-house crew who work closely with individuals, teams and managers to create learning opportunities that line up with their needs.
We work with an external partner to provide coaching support for colleagues who have specific development needs to focus on. We also run an internal mentoring programme, bringing together experienced colleagues with those who hope to learn from them.
Our in-house facilitators and carefully selected external partners run a range of virtual and in-person sessions across technical, practical and soft skills.
Every person who joins us with responsibility for people, or who becomes responsible for people during their time with us, will participate in a programme of training covering the fundamental tools and techniques needed for success. That’s alongside a rolling programme of sessions that focus on trending themes.
We’ve mapped out what success looks like in our major job families such as Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success and Shared Service functions. As well as the huge range of opportunities we’ve already described on this page, these are topped up by profession-specific learning, partnering with organisations such as Product Focus, Kaplan Financial, and the Digital Marketing Association.
If you join us in a sales role, you’ll be supported by a dedicated trainer who brings extensive experience in the sales world. You’ll benefit from 1:1 coaching and facilitated group sessions, and have the opportunity to get specialist support on any aspect of the sales process to keep you moving towards your targets, and beyond.
