I grew up in Sweden (yes, I love ABBA and IKEA), then moved to the US, followed by China, before settling in England. Moving around and living in different countries has shaped how I see the world, making me more open-minded, curious, and appreciative of different cultures.
I’ve been passionate about diversity and inclusion for as long as I can remember, and I’ve tried to get involved wherever I can, both professionally and personally. I believe that we become stronger and more innovative when embracing diversity and inclusion.
I joined Wilmington in April 2023 as a People Assistant with the People Shared Services Team after finishing my degree in Human Resource Management.
