Digital Learning Platform launched

Wilmington plc launches its Digital Learning Platform, providing an advanced and personalised learning experience to its clients.

Wilmington plc has announced the launch of its new Digital Learning Platform, which brings together client membership and learning management solutions into one centralised platform, to provide an advanced user experience for clients across Wilmington’s group of businesses.

The Digital Learning Platform is designed to support the Training & Education businesses throughout the Wilmington group.  The platform brings together existing customer relationship management (CRM), learning management solutions (LMS) and content systems to provide a cohesive, centralised and responsive learning experience.

Now, users interacting with the Digital Learning Platform benefit from single sign-on functionality, where they can manage all interactions as well as receive personalised membership content and learning and development recommendations.

The first businesses within the group to utilise the Digital Learning Platform includes International Compliance Association and Bond Solon, both of which provide extensive specialist training and information services.

Thomas Mount, Group Chief Technology Officer, Wilmington plc said,

“The Digital Learning Platform has been a major area of focus for the business and now provides clients with a highly dynamic user interface. The development of the Digital Learning Platform aligns with the wider ambition to deliver world class digital learning experiences by using common technologies which provide a more streamlined and modern experience for our clients.

“Now, our audiences can browse, access and update user information, make bookings, and receive our training products in one place, as well as receiving personalised content, access community platforms, and specific insights aligned to their individual learning requirements. The rich user interface offers an advanced user experience and provides us with a centralised back-end platform to manage all client interactions.”

Piers Lawson, Managing Director, Bond Solon confirmed,

“The new Digital Learning Platform is exclusively available to Expert Witnesses who attend our public courses and provides free access to a tailored news feed, relevant resources and templates, training materials and personalised notifications. It provides a central platform where our clients can easily access trusted information that supports their career, development and role, and our clients are enjoying this more streamlined way to engage with their learning.”

The Bond Solon team has produced a video to provide a brief introduction of the Digital Hub for its expert witness clients, which can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/8X3kJe009KI
