2021 annual report

Following the announcement of its full year results on 20 September, Wilmington plc released its 2021 annual report.

The report highlights the significant progress made despite the ongoing impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic, and demonstrates the success of Wilmington's digitisation strategy in addition to the significant contributions made by its people throughout the year. It also focussed on the exciting opportunities identified as part of the strategic update announced in June 2021, arising from the renewed focus on the large and growing GRC and regulatory compliance markets.

The report also gave insights into the work Wilmington performed during the year to progress its ESG strategy. A materiality assessment was performed to help understand the key issues impacting sustainable growth of the business, and a new governance framework was established to drive progress against a range of objectives in FY22.
